Please reference the 4/22/20 posting on this website to review the “Return to Work Safety Protocol”.
All Kawasaki Rail Car employees should return to work on Monday, May 11th at 6:30 AM.
A list of employee numbers will not be posted as all KMM employees are
required to report on Monday, May 11th.
ASI employees that have not yet returned to work will be contacted by ASI with a return to work date.
Employees will be provided training on RTW Safety Protocols.

Updated return to work information by division:

CP
All employees will report for work at normal shift start times on the dates listed below:
1st and 2nd shift Monday, May 4, 2020
3rd shift Monday, May 4, 2020 (NWV/PTO for Sunday, May 3, 2020)

Aerospace
All employees will report for work at normal shift start on Monday, May 4, 2020.

RC
Rail Car will continue to ramp up production.
All office staff will continue to report.
Additional Production Supervisors will be notified if required.
Please check this website on Thursday, April 30, 2020 for a list of
employee numbers and shift start times for those required to report on May 4, 2020.

Employees in all divisions will be provided training on RTW Safety Protocols after stretches at shift start.
KMM is making every effort to provide for a safe return to work.

Update: 4/23/20 - Please log into the employee portal @kawasakilincoln.com for a list of names
in the Railcar and Aerospace divisions that are required to report to work on Monday, April 27th, 2020.
Please note that the start times for hourly production staff team members in Railcar are staggered.
These staff members will be paid for 8 hours if they report at the required time and stay to normal shift end.
All office staff will report at normal start times for both the Railcar and Aerospace divisions.
Please do not report to work more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to promote social distancing.
Also, please remember to review the Safety Protocol posted on this website.
All employees in these divisions that are required to return on April 27th will also receive a phone call
explaining more details (if you have a current phone number on file at KMM). We look forward to seeing you on Monday.
As a reminder, all CP staff will report at normal start times beginning Monday, May 4, 2020.


Update 4/22/20 - Attention: Some areas of the Railcar and Aerospace Divisions will return to work on Monday, 4/27/20.
A list of employee numbers will be published on this website tomorrow for all employees that are to report on this date.
The Consumer Products Division along with the remainder of the Railcar and Aerospace divisions
should plan on reporting to work on Monday, 5/4/20.

regarding safety measures that have been put in place.

Update 4/15/20 - All divisions in Lincoln will extend the shutdown period thru the week of April 19-25. We will update you with more information again next week. Please remember to complete your weekly unemployment certifications.
